When you become a Newbrix client, you won’t be passed from pillar to post. You’ll work with one dedicated client relations manager; from the initial meeting through to completion. We are all locally based and are more than happy to come to you and have a face-to-face chat whenever you like.

We’re not quite open 24/7, but we do our best to be available when you need us, and that includes weekends and evenings. We’re open 8:30am to 8pm Monday to Friday, and 8:30am to 6pm on Saturdays and Sundays. 

The world is changing, and we’ve made sure our services reflect that. We use the latest web technologies to promote properties to the max. Our fully responsive site means your property can be viewed at all times, whatever the device. Email and SMS alerts ensure all parties are in the know. As a matter of  fact, we manage all your needs online, including electronic document signing and online statements. It’s our way of making your life just that little bit easier. 

We’re a member of The Property Ombudsman and Deposit Protection Service – so you know we can be trusted. We’re also all from London. We don’t just know the city, we live, breathe and dream about it! Our specialist knowledge of the SW and KT postcode area is second to none.
